  • What are the local workforce requierments on the project?
    At least 30% of the total construction labor hours must be performed by Local Residents, with an additional 10% allocated to Targeted Workers, who are individuals facing barriers to employment. Contractors are encouraged to hire apprentices and ensure that half of their apprentice hours come from Local and Targeted Workers.

    A minimum ratio of one apprentice hour for every five journeyman hours will be enforced on the project.
